Upcoming arrivals

The Upcoming arrivals section on the home screen shows guests who can still come to your properties. Each card shows the guest’s photo or initials (not their name), the property, and when they can come, like Today, Daily, a list of days, or Anytime, with the hours if their access is limited to certain times.

Who shows up here

• Guests who have accepted their invite and have access left in their schedule.
• Guests at every property on your account that you’re allowed to see.

These don’t show up here:

• Invites that haven’t been accepted yet. Find them on the Guests tab as Pending.
• Suspended guests, and guests whose access has ended.
• Visitors waiting for guard check-in.

A recurring guest stays on the list all week, even on days their schedule doesn’t include.

Do more

Tap Guest list next to the section title to open the Guests tab, where you can change or remove a guest. See Edit guest access. If you have no upcoming arrivals, iPhone offers an Invite guest button right there. See Grant guest access.
